By downloading, installing, or using SwiftDM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not install or use the App.

SwiftDM is a download manager for Windows with accelerated multi-part downloads, a built-in browser, scheduling, queue management, and related features. The App is developed and operated from Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

SwiftDM is licensed, not sold, to you under the End User License Agreement published on this website. Your use of the App is also governed by that agreement.

You agree to use SwiftDM only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• Download or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
• Circumvent technical protection measures, digital rights management, or access controls of any website or service.
• Download malware, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the terms of any website.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to download and for complying with the terms of service of the websites you visit.

SwiftDM includes a built-in browser and downloads content from third-party websites. We do not host, control, or endorse any third-party content. Availability, accuracy, and legality of such content are the responsibility of the respective websites.

SwiftDM, including its name, interface, and original code, is the intellectual property of its developer. The App may include open-source components licensed under their own terms, which are respected and preserved.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of SwiftDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of SwiftDM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
