End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

SwiftDM is licensed to you for installation and personal, non-commercial use on your own Windows computers. This license is personal, revocable, and non-exclusive. You may install and use the App on any device you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the App to third parties.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
  • Use the App in any way that violates the Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. The developer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Components

The App includes open-source software components governed by their respective licenses. Those licenses are honored, and nothing in this agreement restricts rights granted to you under such third-party licenses.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, fixes, and new versions of the App. Unless stated otherwise, updates are subject to this agreement.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if anything.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
